Reason #3,655: You’ve been cleansed

Imagine you live on a plane. You and all sorts of other people. Elves. Robots. Giants slugs. One day, out of nowhere, your plane gets CLEANSED.

Are the all caps there excessive? Admittedly I feel a little silly using them for emphasis, but look at that picture. I don’t know where all those people are going, but based on the card text, they probably won’t enjoy it. This isn’t ‘Planar Relocation’ or ‘Planar Everyone Can Magically Fly Hooray.’ No, it looks like those people are getting launched into space. And that’s probably one of the better outcomes they could hope for under the circumstances.

And this can just happen? How often does this happen in MTG Multiverse planes. Does it matter? Once would be bad enough. I’m staying as far from that as possible.
